Police say six people from around BC with links to a prominent gang have been charged following an investigation that began in 2018.

The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit says the suspects are part of the Brothers Keepers' drug trafficking network and are known for violent activity.

Police say search warrants resulted in the seizure of drugs including cocaine and fentanyl, a loaded pistol, lab equipment used in the production of synthetic drugs and over 50-thousand dollars in cash.

Charges against the three men and three women range from trafficking a controlled substance for the benefit of a criminal organization and being a member of such a group.

On November 3rd, the following individuals were charged with the associated offences

Amandeep Singh Kang, a 29-year-old male from Vancouver.

Moshmem Khanun Khan, a 45-year-old female from Surrey.

Tanisha Bhatti, a 25-year-old female from Vancouver.

Dylan Robert Ferris, a 22-year-old male from Surrey.

Jannat Bibi Nadeem, a 21-year-old female from Surrey, CFSEU-BC has not been able to locate Nadeem and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Andrew Miguel Best, a 21-year-old male from Vancouver Island, CFSEU-BC has not been able to locate Best and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
