Pakistan has expressed its fear of being attacked by India. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif's Information and Broadcasting Minister Ataullah Tarar issued a statement late at night claiming that India can take military action against Pakistan in the next 24 to 36 hours.

Tarar said that he has received reliable intelligence that India can do this using the Pahalgam incident as an excuse. He said that Pakistan itself has been a victim of terrorism and truly understands the pain of this crisis and we have always condemned it in the world.

Tarar said that if India carries out any military attack, Pakistan will definitely respond to it. He said that we will protect Pakistan's sovereignty and territorial integrity at all costs.
