RCMP say one of two victims injured in a shooting in Surrey late Tuesday night has now died.

Police say an unnamed man has died and the woman who was with him when their car was hit by gunfire remains in serious condition.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has taken over the case.

No arrests have been made and the RCMP said yesterday that the shooting is related to the ongoing Lower Mainland gang conflict.
