Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced his new cabinet this morning and there are no surprise names from BC on the list but the shuffle has affected all but one of them.

Vancouver South member Harjit Sajjan is out as defence minister, moving to international development and minister responsible for the Pacific Economic Development Agency.

North Vancouver's Jonathan Wilkinson has been replaced in environment, instead taking on natural resources, while Vancouver Quadra MP Joyce Murray makes the biggest jump from president of the treasury board and minister of digital government to the fisheries portfolio.

Delta MP Carla Qualtrough returns to cabinet in her same post as minister of employment, workforce development and disability inclusion.
