Man seriously injured in ‘targeted’ shooting in Surrey

A man is hospitalized with serious injuries following a shooting in the Bear Creek area of Surrey this morning.

The shooting happened in the driveway of a residence in the 8100 block of 144A Street.

According to unconfirmed sources, the victim is a Punjabi and Kabaddi promoter.

RCMP believes it was a targeted attack, although the motive is unclear.
