For the last and 7th phase of the Lok Sabha elections on Saturday, that is, today, 57 seats of 7 states and one Union Territory are voting. In this phase, one seat of the Union Territory of Chandigarh, 13 seats of Punjab, 4 seats of Himachal Pradesh. Voting is taking place in 13 Lok Sabha seats of Uttar Pradesh, 9 of West Bengal, 8 of Bihar, 6 of Odisha and 3 of Jharkhand.

In this phase, the fate of many big giants is at stake. Union Minister Anurag Thakur from Hamirpur, actress Kangana Ranaut from Mandi seat, Lalu Prasad's daughter Misa Bharti from Pataliputra, Mamata Banerjee's nephew Abhishek Banerjee from Diamond Harbor are in the fray.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in Chandigarh on Friday further extended the judicial custody of suspended Punjab Police DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar by 14 days.
