Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results: Congress candidate from Ludhiana Raja Waring ahead in the first round

Counting of votes in Ludhiana Lok Sabha seat of Punjab is going on. The first postal ballot has been counted. Raja Waring is leading his opponents by 1640 votes in the first round. BJP's Ravneet Singh Bittu is on the second number. It is expected that the win-loss situation in Ludhiana seat will be clear by 2 pm.

Voting for this seat was held on June 1. 43 candidates are in the fray from here. Counting centers have been set up at 14 places. This time there is a three-way contest for the Ludhiana Lok Sabha seat.

Aam Aadmi Party incumbent MLA and candidate Ashok Parashar Pappi, Congress state president Amarinder Singh Raja Waring and BJP candidate incumbent MP Ravneet Singh Bittu are contesting in urban areas.
