Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has granted bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh in the money laundering case related to the liquor scam. He may be released from jail on Friday.

On the other hand, ED sought 48 hours time to argue against the bail, the court said that these arguments can be presented before the duty judge tomorrow.

It may be noted that earlier the Chief Minister of Delhi was allowed to come out of jail to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections in May and was ordered to surrender in Tihar Jail as soon as the elections were over. Now he has got regular bail.
