The trends of the 13th round of voting for Jalandhar West Constituency elections have come out. In this, AAP candidate Mohinder Bhagat has wins this seat.

They got 55246 votes, BJP candidate Sheetal Angural got 17921 votes, Congress candidate Surinder Kaur got 16757 votes, Akali candidate Surjit Kaur got 1242 votes and BSP candidate Binder Kumar got 734 votes.

After the defeat in the Lok Sabha, this election was very important for the Aam Aadmi Party and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann himself.

The Aam Aadmi Party is contesting the assembly elections for the first time after winning 92 seats in 2022, so it was being considered as a test for the 2027 Punjab assembly. This is why CM Mann put his whole life into the election campaign.

Regarding this election, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was in Jalandhar for about a month. CM Mann and his family were constantly campaigning.

His wife herself was seen promoting it. He was very active in public meetings as well as in door-to-door preaching.
