Jagmeet Singh Criticizes Mark Carney Over Brookfield’s Tax Haven Ties

While acknowledging that such practices are legal, Singh argued that they represent a form of fraud against Canadian investments. He contended that this situation indicates Carney’s decision not to contribute to Canada while managing these funds, leading him to conclude that Carney cannot be expected to take action against tax havens.
