French President Emmanuel Macron is on a two-day visit to India. Their journey has started from Jaipur in Rajasthan.

He reached Jaipur directly from Paris where he was welcomed in Rajasthani ways at Amer Fort. President Macron has arrived in India to attend the Republic Day Parade tomorrow as the chief guest.

Prime Minister Modi and Macron also visited the Jantar Mantra established by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh in Jaipur today. They also had a road show program from here.

Let us tell that Jaipur's Jantar Mantar was declared by UNESCO in July 2010. It was declared a World Heritage Site by Jaipur, known as the Pink City, was decorated with posters of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Macron.

It should be said that a contingent of the French Armed Forces is participating in a flypast and march with Indian soldiers and two fighter jets of the French Air and Space Force in the Republic Day Parade.
