AAP leader Manish Sisodia, imprisoned in Tihar Jail in Delhi liquor scam case, has not got any relief. The Rose Avenue court has extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia till May 8 in the money laundering case related to the Delhi Excise Policy case.

Apart from Manish Sisodia, the judicial custody of Vijay Nair and other accused in the ED case has also been extended till May 8. In fact, the former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia was arrested in February last year. He has been in jail since then.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has also been arrested by ED in the same case. Not only this, Sanjay Singh has also been arrested in this case. Let us tell you that in the Delhi Liquor Scam case, the ED has alleged that irregularities were committed while revising the Delhi Excise Policy, giving illegal benefits to license holders, waiving or reducing license fees and enabling Licenses were issued without official approval. Apart from ED, Manish Sisodia has also been arrested by CBI.
