ED Raids Residence of AAP MLA Kulwant Singh in Connection with PACL Scam

There are reports that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided the residence of Punjab-based real estate businessman and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Mohali, Kulwant Singh, earlier today. Multiple properties linked to Singh were also searched during the operation.

Teams from the Delhi unit of the ED, accompanied by local police, arrived at Singh’s Mohali residence in the morning. According to reports, the raid is connected to the ongoing investigation into the Pearl Agrotech Corporation Limited (PACL) scam.

This is not the first time Singh has come under the ED’s radar, his residence was also raided last year. Kulwant Singh joined the Aam Aadmi Party in 2021 and served as the Mayor of Mohali before being elected as an MLA.
