The results of the elections held on June 1 in 13 Lok Sabha seats in Punjab are being announced today. Its counting has started from 8 am. In the early trends, Congress candidate Charanjit Singh Channi is leading from Jalandhar.

Congress candidate Charanjit Singh Channi is running ahead. Sushil Rinku is at number two, Pawan Kumar Tinu is at number three, Mahendra Singh KP is at number four and Balwinder Kumar is at number five. Charanjit Singh Channi's victory is certain, only the announcement remains. Charanjit Singh Channi has crossed the mark of 3 lakhs. Charanjit Channi is leading with a lead of 174305. So far 5 rounds of votes have been counted in Jalandhar.

Ottawa, Alberta pledge to build 1,460 affordable houses
