It is worth noting that the US House has passed a bill to ban TikTok. It said that either TikTok will have to separate from its Chinese-owned company ByteDance or face a ban in the US.

China has threatened the United States on TikTok ban. Beijing says that the reverse will only harm the US.

A spokesperson for China's foreign ministry said that the US has never found evidence that TikTok poses a threat to their national security, but they have left no stone unturned to suppress it. He said that this step of America is threatening investors.
