According to information, the first phase of the elections is expected to be held in late October, immediately after Chhath. The previous assembly elections in Bihar were held in three phases due to the Corona pandemic.

One man dead and one injured in serious crash
Police are investigating after a two-vehicle collision claimed the life of one driver and seriously injured another Saturday afternoon.
On September 27, 2025 at 1:30 p.m., the Oceanside RCMP received a report of a serious two-vehicle crash on Highway 4 near Cameron Lake.
