A drone attack on a small US camp near the Syrian border in Jordan has taken place last night, killing three soldiers and injuring more than 30.

Iran has been accused of being behind the attack and President Joe Biden has warned of a befitting response. The attack is expected to worsen the situation in the Middle East, which is already in a bad state with Israel and Hamas in Gaza.

The official said Iran-backed terrorists were behind the drone strike and it appeared to have come from Syria. He said that it is being ascertained which terrorist group is particularly responsible behind this.

On the other hand, Iran has denied any involvement in the attack and termed all the allegations as baseless. At the same time, US officials say that the number of injured is expected to increase.
