A 27 year old man, Hayden McCorriston, has been charged in connection to a series of sexual assaults, which occurred over a three-day period between March 31 and April 2, 2022 in Burnaby and Vancouver. The sexual assaults in Burnaby included five female victims in the Metrotown area who reported being groped by a stranger. RCMP investigating fatal shooting near Eckville in central Alberta

The RCMP is investigating a fatal shooting yesterday in central Alberta. Police received a report of a shooting on a rural road west of Eckville. A 46 year old man was found with life threatening injuries and later died in hospital. Police say no one has been taken into custody.
