The High Court has accepted Asaram Bapu's regular bail application for medical treatment. After the hearing today, he has been granted interim bail for six months. North Vancouver RCMP say a suspect has been arrested in connection with a string of tire slashings that damaged several vehicles in the Lynn Valley area last week. A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a Ford pickup truck on Highway 3 in the Hope area of B.C. Wednesday night.
