RCMP are investigating after an apparent shooting followed by a car chase and vehicle fire last night in the Newton neighbourhood of Surrey. Mounties say a silver SUV was chasing another vehicle described as a newer-model black sedan. They say in a release that shots are believed to have been fired from the sedan and that the silver SUV was found engulfed in flames soon afterwards.
