British Columbia's Environment Assessment Office has fined Coastal GasLink Pipeline Ltd. $590,000 for "deficiencies" in the construction of its pipeline crossing the province. The main accused in the recent bomb blast in a house in Sector 10 of Chandigarh has been arrested.
