Release Date of Janhvi Kapoor & Rajkumar Rao’s Mr. and Mrs. Mahi Announced

After the classy trailer release of Rajkumar Rao’s awaited movie Srikanth, the release date and first poster of the actor’s other film have also been officially released. Recently, the makers of Mr. and Mrs. Mahi have treated the fans with the release date announcement of the film which will also star Janhvi Kapoor along with Rao in the leading roles.

Mr. and Mrs. had been creating a buzz on social media, but there was no confirmation about its release until recently its makers locked the date of 31 May for its magnanimous release. In the poster, both Rajkumar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor can be seen dressed in blue jerseys and cheering for the Indian Cricket Team. Additionally, the poster’s tagline says, ‘You don't have to always live your parents' dream. Live yours…’

As film’s producer and popular filmmaker Karan Johar shared the film’s poster, he also expressed his feelings about the project and wrote, “Some films are more than just stories … they are so much more than celluloid love …they talk to the viewer about dreams and how many a time people closest to us can come in the way of our dreams … MR AND MRS MAHI is exceptionally close to our hearts.. and we can't wait to share our campaign designs with you on Monday… but for now we have a release date!!! 31st MAY 2024!!! At a cinema near you.”

Coming to the details of the project, Mr. and Mrs. Mahi is presented under the banners of Zee Studios and Dharma Productions and is produced by Karan Johar, Zee Studios, Hiroo Yash Johar, and Apoorva Mehta. Moreover, Sharan Sharma has helmed the project, who is known for also directing Jahnvi Kapoor’s Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.
