Punjabi singer and actor Jassie Gill's mother Ravinder Kaur dies after brief illness

Ravinder Kaur, the mother of Punjabi singer and actor Jassie Gill, has died following a brief illness, according to a family member. She was the wife of Gurminder Singh Gill and was from the village of Jandali, near Jargari, in Ludhiana district.

The news was confirmed by Yadvinder Singh Jandali, former chairperson of the Ludhiana Zila Parishad and Jassie Gill's uncle. He said Ravinder Kaur passed away after a short illness and is survived by three daughters and one son, Jasdeep Singh, professionally known as Jassie Gill.

According to the family, the funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 28, at 10:30 a.m. in Jandali village near Jargari.

Jassie Gill is a well-known Punjabi singer and actor who has also appeared in several Punjabi and Hindi films.
