Punjabi actress Pooja Verma who starred in nearly five Punjabi films including, Baaz, Dakuan Da Munda and 22 G Tussi Ghaint Ho has alleged groupism in Punjabi movie Industry.

The death of Sushant Singh Rajput has given many celebrities courage to talk about malpractices prevalent in the industry, nepotism being the main. Following suit Pooja Verma too has openly spoken about groupism in Punjabi film industry. Pooja shared, "despite spending five years in this industry the remuneration that is offered to me is terribly sad." Pooja also went to talk about the unprofessionalism in the industry.

"I have had two producers cancel my role because I told them to speak to my manager for finalizing details as I was busy in a shoot. They have such inflated egos that they said, 'we don’t have time to speak to managers and we either talk directly to actors or we take someone else. Pooja went on to add that most Punjabi producers want to work with the same set of actresses again and again. There should be a fair chance given to everyone else too to prove themselves. Just because we have no godfather in the industry, doesn’t mean we should get pushed over like this."

Jasmine Singh Weather has pretty much changed in Canada; well, let's just say not for good. Darkness seeps in fast, and sometimes this darkness gets to your mind, leaving you unsure of what to do. Here, I was staged by this darkness, and then in dark crevices, I found a limited web series about the first serial killer of Italy.
