Pinky Dhaliwal Released from Police Custody in Sunanda Sharma case

Punjab's famous music producer, Pushpinder Dhaliwal, also known as Pinky Dhaliwal, who was arrested by the police following a complaint filed by Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma, has been released from police custody for the time being on the orders of the High Court.

Dhaliwal had approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court after the allegations made by Sunanda Sharma. However, this release is not a bail; it is simply an order for release due to improper arrest procedures.

In her complaint filed with the Mohali police, Sunanda Sharma has leveled serious allegations against Dhaliwal, including economic exploitation, fraud, coercing documents to be signed, threatening defamation, and the illegal possession of personal property.
