The creators behind The Great Indian Kapil Show have revealed that ex-cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu will feature in the upcoming third season of the well-loved Netflix comedy talk show.

The announcement was made via the streaming platform’s official Instagram handle.

“One seat for paaji, please! Every funnyvaar, our family grows—with the return of Navjot Singh Sidhu and Archana Puran Singh. Catch them in the latest season of The Great Indian Kapil Show, premiering June 21 at 8 PM, only on Netflix,” read the Instagram post.

Navjot Singh Sidhu has previously appeared on Kapil Sharma’s earlier comedy programs, including Comedy Nights with Kapil, The Kapil Sharma Show, and Family Time with Kapil Sharma. In 2019, Archana Puran Singh took over his role on The Kapil Sharma Show due to “political reasons.”

Sidhu's addition to the cast of The Great Indian Kapil Show marks a return to familiar territory. Both he and Singh will now be seen in the same series.

Season three of The Great Indian Kapil Show is scheduled to launch on Netflix on June 21. The new season will also welcome back regular cast members Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, and Kiku Sharda
