Meena Kumari’s Biopic Starring Kriti Sanon Shelved!

Popular celebrity designer Manish Malhotra is a renowned name in Bollywood. He has designed costumes for various Bollywood celebrities and shares a close bond with various superstars of B-town. The designer was making headlines for stepping into filmmaking with multiple projects and a biopic based on the life of popular Bollywood actress Meena Kumari was one of them.

However, fans have been disappointed, as the highly anticipated project has now been shelved. Recently, Malhotra spoke about the biopic and confirmed his exit from the project by saying, “I’m no longer doing the biopic. I’ll direct something else. Directing is one dream that remains unfulfilled.”

The film, Meena Kumari’s biopic, was supposed to star Kriti Sanon in the leading role and be directed by Manish. Since Manish Malhotra has walked off the project, the fans are now left guessing its fate.
