Punjabi actor Hardeep Grewal recently took to Instagram Live to voice his frustration over the ongoing issue of conflicting release dates in the Punjabi film industry. The actor, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Super Six, revealed that he had secured the release date of March 14 for his movie, ensuring that no other Punjabi film would clash with it.

In an emotional and heated live session, Hardeep Grewal vented his anger, stating that despite having officially booked the release date, another major film from a well-established director and production house was announced for the same day. The actor expressed his displeasure, claiming that the Punjabi film industry is being "bullied" by larger production houses that are not respecting scheduled release dates.

Recalling a similar incident last year when he was forced to shift the release of his film due to another production house's plans, Hardeep made it clear in the live session that this time he would not back down. "I am sticking to my release date. Super Six will release on March 14, as planned," he declared, emphasizing that he would not be swayed by the actions of others in the industry.

Super Six, which stars Hardeep Grewal alongside Mandy Takhar in the lead roles. With Hardeep Grewal’s bold stance, it seems the battle over release dates in Punjab’s film industry is far from over.
