Deepti Naval undergoes angioplasty

Veteran actor Deepti Naval, who underwent an angioplasty at a hospital in Mohali, said that she is discharged from the medical facility and is feeling perfectly fine now.

It was reported that Deepti suffered heart attack in Manali, (Himachal Pradesh) a few days back, which is why she was rushed to the hospital. But, Deepti Naval has gone on to say that it was a heart symptom, and that she is feeling fine after the angioplasty.

Deepti made her debut with Shyam Benegal’s film Junoon in 1978 and went on to feature in Chashme Buddoor, Ankahee, Mirch Masala, Firaaq, Memories of March, Listen Amaya, among others.
