Several leading Bollywood actresses are reportedly commanding significantly higher fees per film in 2026, reflecting shifts in the industry’s pay structure and star-driven market dynamics.
According to industry reports, Priyanka Chopra is among the highest-paid, with a reported fee of about ₹30 crore for a film project linked to director S. S. Rajamouli. Her current per-film fee is said to have increased to approximately ₹40 crore.
Deepika Padukone is also reported to be charging between ₹25 crore and ₹30 crore per project. Similarly, Alia Bhatt is said to earn around ₹30 crore per film. Reports indicate Bhatt has, in some cases, negotiated profit-sharing agreements in addition to upfront fees.
Other actresses, including Shraddha Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, are also reported to be earning substantial amounts per film, though specific figures were not independently verified.
The reported increases come amid broader discussions in the film industry about pay parity and the growing box office draw of female-led projects. However, exact compensation details are typically not publicly disclosed by production houses or talent representatives.
