Veteran actor Kishore Nandlaskar passes away due to Covid-19
Actor Kishor Nandlaskar breathed his last earlier today. The notable Marathi and Hindi actor had tested positive for COVID-19 a week ago and had been admitted to a COVID center in Thane, Mumbai after his oxygen level dropped.
Confirming the news, Kishore Nandlaskar's grandson Anish told a news channel, "My grandfather was admitted to a Covid-19 Center in Thane on April 14 after he tested positive last week. Streaming platform MX Player on Monday announced their new series Ramyug, directed by Hum Tum fame Kunal Kohli.
The announcement teaser featured a special rendition of the Hanuman Chalisa featuring Amitabh Bachchan's voice and tabla by Ustad Zakir Hussain. The track is composed by Rahul Sharma.

Music director Shravan ‘extremely critical’ after testing positive for COVID-19
Composer Shravan Rathod, of popular music director duo Nadeem-Shravan, has been admitted to a city hospital in a “critical” condition after testing positive for COVID-19, his son said on Monday.
The 66-year-old composer is currently under observation at SL Raheja Hospital.
“He had tested positive for COVID-19 and was admitted to SL Raheja hospital in Mahim. He is extremely critical right now. He has other comorbidities also. Doctors have said they would keep him under observation for the next 24 hours. Please pray for his recovery,” Rathod's son, Sanjeev added.

Taylor Swift breaks 'The Beatles's 54 years chart record
With the re-release of her much-anticipated album 'Fearless', American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift, on Saturday (local time) topped the UK's Official Albums Chart, beating a long-held record by the English rock band 'The Beatles'.
According to TMZ, the album hit number 1 in the UK, and with that Taylor has racked up 3, number-1 albums- 'Fearless', 'Folklore', and 'Evermore' in 259 days. This has beaten 'The Beatles' record who took 364 days to get number 1 rank with 3 albums in a row.

Deep Sidhu remanded to one-day judicial custody
A Duty Magistrate in Tihar Jail on Sunday said that the remand hearing of the actor-turned-activist Deep Sidhu, an accused in the Republic Day violence case, will be heard by the concerned magistrate on Monday.
Sidhu's lawyer Jasdeep Singh Dhillon said that the Delhi Police has sought four-day police custody of Sidhu, who was arrested on Saturday, in another case related to Republic Day violence.
