Punjabi singer and actor Roshan Prince will soon be hitting the big screens with the upcoming film titled ‘Vadhayiyaan Bapu Tenu’. Roshan took to his social media handle to share the details about the film, which he will also be directing. This will be the first Punjabi feature film to be shot in Winnipeg, Canada and Punjab. Maharashtra Minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Nawab Malik on Friday demanded that the Centre must withdraw the Padma Shri award from Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut for her controversial remarks on the country's Independence and sought her immediate arrest. "We strongly condemn actress Kangana Ranaut's statement. She insulted freedom fighters. The Centre must take back the Padma Shri from Kangana and arrest her. Looks like Kangana Ranaut took a heavy dose of Malana Cream before making such a statement," said Maharastra Minister.

About 25 people were also taken to local hospitals.

Actor Poonam Pandey's husband Sam Bombay has been arrested by the Mumbai police for allegedly assaulting his wife.According to the police, the actress was admitted to the hospital after lodging the complaint."The case has been registered against Sam Bombay under the sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC). The actress has suffered serious injuries on her head, eyes and face," the Mumbai police said.Further investigation into the matter is underway.
