The Delhi High Court will pronounce its decision tomorrow afternoon on whether the bail granted to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the Rouse Avenue Court remains intact or not.
The Rouse Avenue Court had granted bail to Kejriwal on June 20, but the High Court stayed the order on the petition of the ED. After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court said that the verdict will be pronounced on June 24 or 25 and the bail will remain suspended until then.
Kejriwal had also filed a petition in the Supreme Court, but the Supreme Court said that the decision of the High Court in this case has not yet come, so it cannot be heard.
