A man in his 40's is the latest person in BC to die as a result of complications from COVID-19.
Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says the man died in the community.
Henry says BC has recorded 63 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 48 hours, bringing the total to one-thousand-266 including 39 deaths.
She says 72 people remain in intensive care in hospital but 783 people have recovered.
