Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has met Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman. While the two leaders discussed the war between Hamas and Israel, there was also a discussion about India.

Both the leaders emphasized the need for dialogue between India and Pakistan and said that dialogue is the only way for peace in the region. It is to be noted that Pakistan is facing an economic crisis and the Foreign Minister of Pakistan indicated last week that he wants to start trade with India.

Shahbaz Sharif went there to seek $5 billion investment from Saudi. In this meeting held at Al Safa Palace in Makkah, the Crown Prince of Saudi congratulated Shahbaz Sharif for being elected as the new Prime Minister and wished him well for his tenure. Meanwhile, Shahbaz also invited the Crown Prince to visit Pakistan.
